Prince Opoku -Agyemang scored on his debut for Medeama in the 2-1 win at Samartex in a pre-season friendly on Sunday.
Agyemang, who has joined the Mauve and Yellows from New Edubiase, canceled out Akwasi Addai's opener for the home side.
Striker Kalibo Dedy Toussaint grabbed the match-winner to end the first.
Assistant coach Hamza Obeng led the team to Samreboi in the absence of head coach Samuel Boadu who is on international assignment.
The Mauve and Yellows are using friendly games to trim the rough edges ahead of the start of the new season.
