PSG beat Lyon 1-0 on Sunday to crash the faint hopes of Olympique Marseille and Ghana duo; Andre and Jordan Ayew of winning Ligue 1.
A Jeremy Menez striker in the 53rd minute was enough to secure PSGââ¬â¢s first championship title in 19 years.
Carlo Ancelottiââ¬â¢s team have now built an unassailable 77 points lead with two game left in Ligue 1.
This means a defeat on their part and successive wins for closest contender; Marseille will not even be enough to divert the route of the French league crown.
PSGââ¬â¢s title presentation will however have to wait for the conclusion of a disciplinary hearing against sporting director Leonardo who is accused of barging a referee last week.
Marseilleââ¬â¢s Ghana duo; Andre and Jordan Ayew can however console themselves with qualification for next seasonââ¬â¢s UEFA Champions League with confirmation of their second-place finish with a 2-1 win over Tolouse on Saturday.
