Abraham Allotey has set an audacious target of securing top flight promotion next season following his appointment as the new head coach of second-tier side Pure Joy FC.

Allotey, who doubles as the head coach of Ghana's Under-17 female team, has been tasked to land Premier League football after the sacking of Nii Noi Thompson.

The experienced coach believes he can match-up the stakes.

"It's a difficult task but I think I Iike the players and the facilities here and will do my best to qualify the team," Allotey said.

"The idea is good and management and players I believe are willing to work with me to achieve the same result."
