Qatar a strong candidate to host African Super Cup between Esperance and Raja

The Confederation of African Football (CAaf) is considering moving the 2018 African Super Cup between Tunisia's Esperance and Raja Casablanca of Morocco to a neutral grounds. 

Winners of the CAF Champions League usually host the Super Cup.

But according to the Qatari daily Al Watan, the Qatari capital Doha is a strong candidate to host the match, which is usually held in February of each year.

Esperance won the Champions League following a 4-3 aggregate victory over Egyptian giants Al Ahly while Raja claimed Confederation Cup after beating AS Vita Club of Congo 4-3 on aggregate.
