Ghana midfielder Kwame Quansah got on the score sheet for Heracles Almelo in their 7-0 destruction of bottom-placed VVV Venlo in the Dutch Eredivisie on Friday.

The 29-year-old scored from a spectacular scissor-kick to make it 2-0 for Heracles in the 42nd minute.

Quansah had a clear penalty appeal turned down a minute before he scored his second goal of the season for Heracles after Glynor Plet had opened the scoring for the hosts.

Marko Vejinovic made it 3-0 before Glynor Plet scored his brace on the 69th minute.

Brazilian Everton Ramos da Silva and Samuel Armenteros all scored including a 79th minute strike from Marko Vejinovic.

The win takes Heracles to ninth place on the log.
