REAL MADRID boss ZIDANE: "James RODRIGUEZ wanted to be left out. Bale? It was my choice"

Commenting upon having kept James Rodriguez's and Gareth Bale's in the sidelines for the umpteenth time, in what turned out to be an away win over Athletic Bilbao, Real Madrid boss, Zinedine Zidane, stated: "I left James out because he asked me to. It was due to some personal problems of his, and I don't want to say more about it. On the other hand, keeping Bale was my choice. I'm managing 25 players here, I have to figure out who's in and who's not. He hadn't been playing in the last two games, and keeping the right patterns for the team is kind of challenging".
