Real Madrid teammates were left unimpressed by comments from skipper Sergio Ramos after their draw with Atletico Madrid.

Real blew a 1-0 lead to be held 1-1 on Saturday at the Santiago Bernabeu.

And afterwards, Ramos declared: "I do not like to point it out, but we have to know how to suffer together."

It's suggested the captain was leveling criticism at the front three of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema for their lack of defensive work late in the game.

Don Balon says his words have not gone down well, with the feeling being such criticism should be kept inside the locker room.
