Mateo Kovacic is considering leaving Real Madrid and could return to Serie A this summer, reports Calciomercato.
Madrid splashed out £23m to sign the Croatia international from Inter Milan last year, but the midfielder only made 11 starts this season in all competitions.
He is now reportedly weighing up leaving the Spanish capital and he could find himself back in Italy next season.
