Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos is seeking talks with Manchester United and Manchester City.
RMC says United and City have been given a boost in their bid to sign Kroos this summer.
The 26-year-old arrived at Real Madrid from Bayern Munich for £20m in July 2014 but has told his representatives to sound out offers from other clubs.
Both Premier League clubs could face competition for his signature from PSG.
