Real Madrid tell PSG they can only sign Higuain, Kaka as package

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has told PSG they can sign Gonzalo Higuain - if they agree to take Kaka off their books also.

Sport says PSG are desperate to land Argentine striker Higuain, but are not so keen on Kaka.

However, Perez is adamant: PSG must take the pair as a package, or its no deal.

PSG are willing to cough up €20 million for Kaka and are waiting on Perez to convince coach Jose Mourinho to release Higuain. The Real coach is reluctant to lose the striker, despite using him sparingly this season.

If he makes the move to Paris, Higuain can expect his wages to treble.
