ESPN FC's Raphael Honigstein explains how both Juventus and Real Madrid are benefitting from having Cristiano Ronaldo linked with a move to Turin.

As the Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus rumours continue to gain momentum, ESPN FC's Craig Burley explains why he's not sold on the move.

Borussia Dortmund have signed Real Madrid full-back Achraf Hakimi on a two-year loan deal.

Hakami, 19, featured for Morocco in all three of their matches at the World Cup and becomes the Bundesliga club's sixth signing of the summer.

The defender, who made 11 appearances for Madrid last season, is set to challenge Lukasz Piszczek, 33, for a place at right-back but could also become an option at left-back.

Hakimi follows in the footsteps of Madrid and Spain right-back Daniel Carvajal, 26, who spent a one-year loan spell at Bayer Leverkusen in 2012-2013.

Dortmund have already added goalkeepers Marvin Hitz and Eric Oelschlagel to their squad, along with midfielders Thomas Delaney and Marius Wolf and defender Abdou Diallo.

Defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos, 30, has joined Arsenal while midfielder Gonzalo Castro, 31, left the Westfalenstadion for Stuttgart.

Besides Spain international right-back Carvajal, Madrid also now have his La Roja back-up Alvaro Odriozola in their squad, after the 22-year-old was signed from Real Sociedad earlier this month for €40m.

Meanwhile, Andriy Yarmolenko has left Dortmund after one season to sign a four-year contract with West Ham United.
