Red Star Belgrade forward Richmond Boakye-Yiadom has debunked reports in the Serbian media that he has picked up a fresh injury.

The 27-year-old has recovered from an injury he picked up in March this year and has been training with the team ahead of the restart of the Serbian League next month.

Boakye-Yiadom in a post on his official instagram page has debunked those reports which read,

"I’m not injured I don’t know where all these fake rumors came from and I would be grateful if anyone will confirm their source before posting anything thanks one ❤️ to all fans of @crvenazvezdafk"

The Black Stars forward is set to begin talks with the club as his current contract runs out in December.

Boakye-Yiadom has been one of the prolific strikers for Red Star Belgrade in recent times.

He scored three goals in the UEFA Champions League qualifying round to help Red Star reach the group stage.
