Takwa United sack players on bribery charges

Tarkwa United have reportedly sacked two of their players on suspicion of bribery.

The Division One club currently playing in the zone II promotional playoffs told Kumasi-based Angel FM of their decision on Wednesday.

The names of the affected players is however unknown at this point.

The club lost its opening playoff fixture against Wassaman United and will be playing the next game later today against Dunkwa United at the Accra Sports Stadium.
