Aduana Stars defender Godfred Saka will see out the remainder of his contract with the Ghanaian side, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The 22-year-old has been a long term target for giants Asante Kotoko, champions Berekum Chelsea and Tarkwa-based Medeama SC.

But the right-back plans to see out the remaining one-year on his contract with the dethroned former Premier League champions.

"I have one-year left on my contract and I want to see that one out. Despite the interest from some clubs, I want to stay so I can enjoy regular playing time," Saka told GHANAsoccernet.com

"I have been part of this team for some time and I have no problems with the team. I am happy here and so will play for the club next season. That is my final decision."

Saka played at this year's African Nations Championship in Sudan.
