Right to Dream Academy named the best academy in Africa

The Right to Dream Academy has been named the best football talent development centers in Africa. 

The Ghanaian based academy has produced several talents including Mohammed Kudus and Kamaldeen Sulemana, both of who are making waves abroad.

According to the CIES Football Observatory 2021 rankings, the Right to Dream Academy is part of the top 100 football academies in the world and the only African side in the list.

The Academy is has produced 24 players to different clubs in Europe under the year in review by CIES Football Observatory.

Ajax top the ranking with a total of 81 players produced, followed by Ukrainian side Shaktar Doneskt and Sports Lisbon of Portugal.

Some of the players coming out of the Academy includes the highly rated Kamaldeen Sulemana, who joined Stade Rennais in the summer transfer window from FC Nordsjaelland.

FC Nordsjaelland has been the grooming side for the Right to Dream Academy, where players get exported to continue their careers.

The Academy has also been training grounds for coaches, with former Ghana international Laryea Kingston currently working with the club.
