Hearts of Oak defender Robin Gnagne says the club rejected a lucrative foreign deal for him.

The towering defender was one of the club’s best performers last season.

Gnagne, an Ivorian who was groomed at the Red Bull Academy in Ghana, was a subject of transfer but he claims the club prevented him from joining a foreign club.

“I am not in a hurry to leave this football club, not at all I will move when the right deal comes and both clubs are happy,” Gnagne said

“The idea is to continue giving my best for the colours and hope to improve on every game.”
