Roma have Kwadwo Asamoah interest

Reports are suggesting that Roma are ready to battle the likes of Juventus to sign Udinese’s Ghana star Kwadwo Asamoah.

The midfielder is one of the hottest players in Serie A reportedly sought after by several European teams, and according to the daily paper La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma are ready to go head-to-head with several other teams.

However with Luis Enrique having stepped down as coach of the Lupi, after just one season, and with the club in turmoil it seems that Juventus may edge out the capital club, simply due to more ‘appeal’.

Juventus will be competing in the Champions League next season, whereas Roma will be contending with a Europa League place.
