Roma whizkid Nicola Zalewski has been named the 2022 Golden Boy award winner.
The award ceremony was held in Turin on Monday.
“I want to thank (Jose) Mourinho for what he does for the entire team and me," said Zalewski.
“We feel at ease with him and I always try to do the best for this team."
Zalewski also commented on defeat to Lazio on Sunday.
“It was a decisive game decided by an incident in their [Lazio's] favour. We have a chance to do well in the next games. The Europa League is difficult after every game."
