SA-based John Awuah concerned with Ghana's play at AFCON

SuperSport United's Ghanaian midfielder John Arwuah is not impressed with the Black Stars play at the Nations Cup despite making it to the semi finals.

The Ghana team goes into the last four match-up against Zambia on Wednesday haven played nowhere near to expectations.

And this unexciting feature of the Black Stars at the 2012 AFCON worried Awuah though he is consoled the team is managing to grind out results.

"Though we are getting the results and moving on I don't like the way we are playing. It is just not the Ghana style," he said.

However, since this is a tournament as long as we are getting results we will just move on.

"We have to keep moving as this is our best chance to win the tournament with this crop of players that we have now as the only big team that is a threat to our title intentions is Ivory Coast."

The former Maritzburg United anchorman adds that he foresees an interesting tie against Zambia on Wednesday.

"That should be one tough match because the Zambians are playing and enjoying their football at the tournament. I just hope Dede Ayew keeps on delivering like he has doing. I have also been impressed by John Boye at the back," he adds.
