Sabahn Quaye will be making a return to the club as Operations Manager for next season, GHANASoccernet.com understands.
According to reports, the Board of Directors has approved his appointment and will act in a capacity.
Quaye, who doubles as Team Manager of the Black Stars, will begin work after the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil.
He quit the capital club in 2009 following the departure of Serbian coach Kosta Papic.
Quaye, then Team Manager was accused of interfering in the job of the new coach appointed, Nii Noi Thompson.
He left and joined Liberty Professionals but resigned from his post last year.
