Scottish powerhouse Rangers FC reportedly tried to sign a highly-touted AC Monza Ghanaian midfielder Omari Forson in January, only for their advances to be soundly rejected.
The 20-year-old was on the verge of joining the Ibrox side but saw the deal collapsed in the late hours of the transfer deadline day.
The English-born Ghanaian joined Italian side AC Monza in the summer of 2024 but has been angling for a move away due to lack of playing opportunities in the Serie A.
The former Manchester United youth product has made just five appearances in the 2024-25 Scuddeto campaign.
Monza rejected the offer from Rangers for the promising midfielder given his immense talent.
Omari Forson is eligible to represent Ghana despite turning out for England youth set-up including U15, 16, 19 and 20.
