Sellas Tetteh confident of Rwanda revival

Rwanda coach Sellas Tetteh has expressed confidence ahead of this weekend's 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Benin at home.

The former Ghana Under-20 coach came under intense pressure after they were battered 3-0 in their group opener with Ivory Coast last month in Abidjan.

But after a comfortable 2-0 win over Kiyovu at the Amahoro Stadium in a test match, the 53-year-old maintained his team his in the right shape for a triumph over the Squirrels on Sunday.

"Today, we saw a completely different side from the one that played Rayon last week. The defence was rock solid and we created plenty of chances upfront. This is a team on the up and I expect a good show on Saturday," Tetteh said

Tetteh is sweating over key player Boubakary Saddou who picked up an injury while foreign-based Elias Uzamukunda is yet to arrive.
