Hearts of Oak coach Kosta Papic will quit his job at the club on Monday barring any last minute attempt to persuade him to stay.
The 60-year-old is leaving the Ghanaian giants after just Two months at the club over alleged interference, GHANAsoccernet.com understands
Papic held discussion with the club's chief last week and signaled his intention to quit amid claims of undue interference from the top hierarchy.
He is reported to be unhappy and will leave the club on Monday barring any last minute attempt to persuade him to stay.
Papic returned to the former African champions in December 2020 and enjoyed a terrific start to life in the capital.
But results have changed in recent matches - leading some amount of apprehension within the supporters.
It's been claimed in the local media that the former Chippa United, Black Leopards and Polokwane City gaffer is unenthused about unsolicited intrusion and wants to leave.
It will be a massive blow to the Ghanaian giants who have struggled to win the league a little over a decade.
Hearts have slipped to 11th on the league table with 17 points with a game in hand against sworn rivals Asante Kotoko.
Papic has an extensive experience in Africa having coached in Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria and Tanzania.
He has previously managed Lobi Stars, Enyimba FC, Enugu Rangers, Maritzburg United, Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs, Young Africans SC, Chippa United, Black Leopards and Polokwane City.
