SERIE A - Inter Milan keeping an eye on Simone Zaza

Published on: 17 November 2021

Possibly leaving Torino in January, after three seasons and a half in, out of his uneven performing, 30-year old Italian striker Simone Zaza, according to Tuttosport, has been targeted by Inter Milan, in search for an even underdog-like backup hitman. Still on a deal with Granata until June 2023, former Juventus, Sassuolo, Valencia and West Ham fender is currently earning a 1.7 million euros annual salary.

Previously approached by a bunch of clubs around, including Lokomotiv Moscow, Benevento, and Sampdoria, as well as some Middle Eastern sides, Zaza, a regular starter for Italian senior national team back in 2016, has so far capped 318 times in official pro club games, scoring 97 goals therein.
