SERIE A - Juventus, Cuadrado set to be signed on deal extension

Published on: 19 December 2021

Playing his fifth season in a row for Juventus, 33-year old Colombian international wingback and wide midfielder Juan Cuadrado is turning out being one of the most pivotal players in his team, also by scoring an important goal against Bologna, in latest Serie A match. To this end, Italian giants are allegedly planning to sign him on a further deal extension, beyond his current June 2022 deadline. November 2019 was the last time former Chelsea and Fiorentina player put ink to paper on a new contract, and next summer might otherwise part ways with Juventus, on a free move.

Previously tracked by a bunch of clubs, including Arsenal and Inter Milan, Cuadrado has so far capped 237 times for Juventus, in official games, scoring 21 goals therein.
