SERIE A - Report: Brozovic signs new contract, snubs Arsenal

Published on: 30 November 2021

Arsenal is said to be one of the clubs interested in signing Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic on a free transfer.

The Croatian international's Inter contract is about to an end, but Todo Fichajes reports that talks are on about a possible new deal at the San Siro.

Brozovic may now be ready to devote his future to Inter, which is arguably a better decision for him right now than transferring to Arsenal.

The Gunners are no longer the force they once were, and Brozovic's chances of playing European football next season are in jeopardy after they failed to qualify for the Europa League this season.

Brozovi made his 200th Serie A appearance on August 27, 2021, in a 3–1 league victory over Hellas Verona, being the first Croatian to do so in the three-point-for-a-win era.
