Sevilla and Valencia will make an attempt to sign Bayer Leverkusen forward Javier Hernandez, according to Spanish publication AS.
The Mexican star scored 26 times in 40 appearances after joining the Bundesliga side from Manchester United in 2015.
It is understood El Chicharito has a €45m (£40.5m) buyout clause in his contract, which is due to expire in 2018.
