Former Hearts of Oak striker Cosmos Dauda has poured cold water on reports that he's signed for Jordanian side Al Faisaly.

The 24-year-old appear to be 'shy' in admitting he's signed the dotted lines after images emerged on Tuesday over the deal.

Dauda is reported to have signed a two-year deal with the  most successful Jordanian Premier League side after the club released images on its social media handles.

But he has denied signing a contract, claiming he just visited the club's facility.

"I am a Footballer,I know credible Journalists and I know a lot of people with ANDRIOD PHONES with strong nativity (Don't be the caught where you will plead for mercy),"he wrote on facebook

"Let your story be Authentic...Don't just want to be the 1st to post to gain credit thereby misleading people when you can just ask directly...(common

He added: "It's a great city and a great club with great history..Their respect for me continued as they went on with pictures of me around their facility as well as selfies (FOOTBALL LIFE EVERYWHERE).

"The club deserves respect as well as individuals...My worry lies on the masses being fed with inaccurate stories..Too too bad."

The ex-Might Jets attacker ended his contract with the Phobians at the end of the season.

He was Hearts of Oak's top scorer two seasons ago.
