Solomon Sarfo delighted with 'dream' move to Asante Kotoko

New Asante Kotoko signing Solomon Sarfo Taylor says it is a dream come true after completing his move to the Ghanaian giants in the transfer window.

The former Karela United forward penned a three and a half year deal with the Porcupine Warriors on Monday.

"I am very happy to be here. It has been a long dream and I think this is the right time for me to make the move,” he told Kotoko Express after his signing.

“I am joining an amazing group of players and I am confident that I would also contribute my part to take this historic club to places.”

The Porcupine Warriors were left light in attack after losing striker Kwame Poku to Algerian side USM Algers.

The Kumasi-based giants quickly replaced dead-eye forward with former Karela United FC star Solomon Taylor.

Taylor joins the Reds on a three-and-a-half-year deal after ending his contract with Danish side Vendsyssel FF last year.

The 23-year-old is expected to replicate his Karela united form when the league resumes as Kotoko looks to win the league title.
