Southampton and Italy striker Graziano Pelle believes Italy coach Antonio Conte will have no trouble transferring his methods to his next job, at Premier League side Chelsea.

Despite not yet being confirmed, it is widely believed that Conte will join the Blues after the conclusion of the 2016 European Championships in France as the former Juventus boss has confirmed his departure from the role of Azzurri coach.

“The coach can do well in any league, he’ll be welcome in the Premier League, I’m sure he will do well,” Pelle told Rai Sport.

“He will continue to be himself, he is a born winner and he won’t change his philosophy, he’ll only have to change the language he speaks.

“We work so much with him and we want to be able to show the concepts he’s teaching us on the field. The coach is very precise and this makes it easier to play.

“Italian football has many strong coaches, I am convinced that after Conte we will have another great coach. ”

Pelle also stated how it is an honour for himself and his family to represent his country.

“For me it is an honour,” he added. “I thank my family for all the sacrifices they have made for me. I am very happy to be part of this squad.”
