Spanish side Leganes has 50% of Mallorca star Baba Iddrisu 's transfer rights

Spanish Segunda side Leganes will earn 50 percent of Baba Iddrisu’s transfer fee when he moves to  any club in the future.

The 23-year old joined Mallorca from Leganes in the summer of 2014 thus the Segunda side also have a stake in this transfer rights.

Leganes aware of Baba’s potential did not bargained for a good percentage in his onward transfer fees with Mallorca during his transfer.

Leganes will benefit from his onward transfer which will be determined by the selling price of Mallorca where he currently plays.

Baba signed a contract extension with Mallorca this summer which is set to expire in 2024.

His release clause has been set at 45 million euros.

Baba has been a key player for Mallorca this season having played in 17 league matches this season.
