What a game Jon Toral had for Birmingham City on Friday night.
The Arsenal loanee returned to the starting eleven following a spell on the bench in the Blues' previous two matches. This proved to be a masterstroke by manager Gary Rowlett as his side ran out 1-0 winners over fellow playoff challengers, Hull City, with Toral scoring the only goal of the match.
Despite his strike taking a horrid deflection of Curtis Davies, the Spaniard's magnificent turn to produce space to finish was a class above.

Toral continued to be a threat throughout the match. Having found the back of the net with his head a few times this season, he was unlucky not to add to that tally when was unable to guide his header on target from inside the 18-yard box.
With 7 goals and 4 assists from 22 league starts this season, Toral has shown grace, poise, skill and persistence in what is proving to be a beneficial loan spell for the 21-year-old.
