STC comes to the rescue of Black Stars

The Black Stars were on Tuesday transported to the Accra Sports Stadium by a State Transport Company (STC)  bus for their first training session due the designated team bus has broken down. 

Ghanasoccernet understands that the national team bus which was acquired by the FA has been off the road for some time now and still under repairs.

This is not the first time the State Transport Company has conveyed the national team as they were heavily involved during the 2018 Africa Women's  Cup of Nations.

Meanwhile, Twenty-one players made it to the Black Stars training session today at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Kwadwo Asamoah, Caleb Ekuban and Daniel Opare missed the training as they are yet to report to camp.

Head coach Kwesi Appiah told the media after the team's training that he is expecting the three players to join the team by close of work on Tuesday.
