Striker Adu Amofa set to join Bechem United

Published on: 02 January 2012

Bechem United have emerged strong candidates to sign striker Mark Adu Amofa after initial talks over a move to Asante Kotoko broke down.

The free agent has been targeted by the Bechem side as the player to power them in what will certainly be a relegation dog-fight when the league resumes on Saturday.

Though a deal is yet to be reached, credible information available to GHANAsoccernet.com suggests negotiations are at an advanced stage and the player could sign the dotted lines in a matter of days.

The ex Asante Kotoko and Liberty Professionals player will be looking to light up the Premiership with his goals while looking to get his career back on track after stints in Denmark and Israel.
