Striker Kwame Kizito claims he is been misquoted on the issue of rejoining his former club Hearts of Oak.

Kizito has returned to Ghana after leaving Libyan side Al Ittihad.

He has since been linked with a return to the Ghana Premier League giants but Kizito has revealed he is eyeing a move abroad.

''A reporter asked if I loved the club and I said yes, because Hearts have been my team since I was a small boy. Then he asked again if I would return to the club and I said if they bring an offer and my manager or agent accepts it, I would not have any choice than to go back and join Hearts of Oak,'' Kizito told Graphic Sports.

''The fact that I said I loved Hearts does not mean that I want to return to the club. I already have a contract in Sweden but I have issues with my birth certificate and that is why I am still here.

''I was supposed to join Thomas Abbey to his new club in Malaysia, but as I said earlier, there are problems with my birth certificate which I am working on.''
