Substitute Musah Nuhu impresses again as St Gallen draw at FC Basel in Swiss top-flight
Musah Nuhu (No.33) tries to tackle his marker.

Musah Nuhu climbed off the bench to put in an impressive shift for FC St Gallen in their 1-1 draw at FC Basel in the Swiss Super League on Saturday.

The on-loan WAFA player was introduced in the Leonidas Stergiou and helped his teammates fight back for one point.

Nuhu is carving a niche as a reliable defensive midfielder for coach Peter Zeidler.

In midweek, the 22-year-old excelled on his debut in the 3-1 win over FC Zurich at home.

Countryman Majeed Ashimeru provided the assist for Axel Bakayoko to open the scoring in the 86th minute equalizer.

But Samuele Campo snatched a 90th minute equalizer for the home team.
