SuperSports United head coach Cavin Johnson has banked his hopes on his medical team to get Ghanaian steamroller Edwin Gyimah back from injury. 

The 22-year-old left the field on the 37th minute during SuperSport United's 2-1 win over Orlando Pirates at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday.

With the details of the injury yet to emerge, Cavin Johnson - the SuperSport coach has expressed confidence his medical team will get the Ghana international back into action.

"We have a good medical team. Gyimah will come back," he said after the game.

Gyimah has been one of the key pivots of Cavin Johnson's system at SuperSport this season.
