German club SV Darmstadt are not interested in selling Ghana defender Patric Pfeiffer in the summer transfer window despite a year remaining on his current deal.

The towering defender is attracting interest from Bundesliga clubs, with FC Augsburg keen on acquiring his services.

However, Darmstadt have made their intentions clear that the defender wont be sold in the transfer window.

Patric Pfeiffer is enjoying a good start to the Bundesliga II campaign, making four appearances and scoring a goal for Darmstadt.

The former Germany youth international declared his intentions to represent Ghana last month and could make coach Otto Addo's team to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Meanwhile, Darmstadt risk losing the 23-year-old for free next summer.

Pfeiffer started his career at Bramfeld before joining the youth teams of Hamburg, where he went through the ranks to play for their first team.

He joined Darmstadt in 2019.
