Swedish-based attacker David Accam still remains uncapped by Ghana despite being handed four different call-ups by the West African giants.

The 23-year-old could not gatecrash the Ghana squad for Wednesday's 3-2 triumph over Togo at the Kegeue, leaving him still uncapped.

Accam, who plays for Swedish Allsvenskan giants Helsingborg failed to beat competition from Lorient attacker Jordan Ayew and his former Right to Dream Academy team-mate Abdul Majeed Waris for games against Uganda and Togo.

On Wednesday for instance, Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah preferred TP Mazembe's Solomon Asante to him, leaving him out of the 18-man squad for the game.

After being handed a debut call-up in March 2013 along with former Arsenal star Emmanuel Frimpong, Baba Rahman and former Hearts of Oak star striker Mahatma Otoo, the trio have all made their debuts in respective games for Ghana.

Baba Rahman who was also debut caller in the 2014 World Cup qualifier against Sudan last March, used Wednesday's game to convince Kwesi Appiah of his abilities while Accam has not yet had his chance despite being in blistering shape for Helsingborg in the Swedish top-flight.

He was named in Ghana's preliminary squad for the 2014 World Cup was dropped from the final squad.
