Promising young full back Mike Aidoo produced an indelible performance last  Saturday for Chievo  Verona U16 who beat their Sassuolo counterparts 3-0 in a friendly.

Aidoo delighted observers with his attacking contribution and recovery rate.

Despite his acceleration into attack, he is very diligent and disciplined in defence.

He was aggressive in the challenges, timed his tackles, won several balls against his opposite number, contested for aerial balls and provided his usual supply of crosses into the opponents mixer.

Aidoo played as a right back in the first half and then switch to the left in the second period of the game.

His ability to play both roles did not come as a surprise to many as he's adept at winning and distributing the ball with both feet.

The 15 year old has expressed his admiration for Real Madrid left back Marcelo and spends a lot of time watching his videos.

He is exciting to watch as he displays rare qualities of a full back at his age.
