Tampa Bay Rowdies midfielder Evans Frimpong is bracing himself for the big derby against Orlando City in the North American League on Saturday.
The 23-year-old has been impressive for Rowdies and played an influential role as they recorded their first win of the season, defeating USF 1-0 at home last weekend.
Coach Ricky Hill will once again rely on the ingenuity of the versatile player ahead of the big derby against Orlando City at the Florida Citrus Bowl.
“It’s the big derby and I’m really looking forward to it,†Frimpong said
“We’re ready for the challenge and hopefully we’ll be able to bag the maximum points.â€
Frimpong has been targeted by a number of clubs in the Major League Soccer.
