The President of Techiman City FC Micky Charles has revealed that they have officially written to the head coach of the club over his absence from training for close to three weeks.

The former Hearts of Oak and King Faisal coach was not on the bench of the club when they played their week fifteen league game in Kumasi and has since not returned to training.

According to Micky Charles, the coach has not informed the club for boycotting their activities and has refused to answer his calls as well.

“He has been absent from the club’s activities for close to three weeks and we have no information to that effect.

“I have personally called him on several occasions but he never responded and did not return my call too.

“We don’t owe him as all outstanding salaries and bonuses have been cleared as of last week. So we don’t understand why he has refused to come to training as we prepare for the second round.

“We have then written to him through our welfare officer to tell us why he has boycotted the club for all this while,” Micky Charles told Ghanasoccernet.com.

Micky Charles also revealed that five other players have also been served with query letters as they have also not been coming to training.
