Ghana's Thomas Partey on cloud nine after winning Europa League with Atletico Madrid

Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey feels gateful for winning the Europa League Cup with Athletico Madrid. 

The Black Stars midfielder made a cameo appaearance as the Spanish side thrashed Olympique Marseille 3-0 to win their third Europa Cup in three years.

Partey came on in the 88th minute to replace Angel Correa, with the club to 2-0 up.

Striker Antoine Griezman scored twice before Captain Gabi added the third to complete the the hauling on Wednesday night.

The 24 year old Ghanaian who was winning his first Europa Cup expresses gratitude to his maker.

He posted on Twitter,"Thanks to the Almighty ."

Meanwhile, Partey has emerged a tranfer target for Italian giants Inter Milan following an impressive season with the "Rojiblancos", playing 50 games this season and scoring five goals.
