Interviewed in exclusive by TMW, Argentinian centre-back Lisandro Lopez (26), currently on a a deal with Benfica until June 2018 and recently approached by Fiorentina, stated:
"I'm really happy about last season: we won two trophies, and we got to reach Champions League quarter finals. All was fine, at least before I got injured. Italian football? I love it, and I often watch it, but thing is I like it here at Benfica. Fiorentina? I don't know whether my, agent, Gustavo Goni, is still in talks with Viola or not. My main dream, however, is to join Premier League and England. As well as becoming again a Selección player".
A €35/£29.5m release clause is set on Lisandro Lopez's contract with Aguias.
