Hearts of Oak Executive Chairman, Togbe Afede XIV has entreated all supporters of the club to subscribe to its new partnership with StarLife Assurance to ensure the club continues to benefit from the package.

StarLife Assurance as part of the partnership presented a brand new 47-seater bus to the Ghana Premier League giants and other insurance packages rolled out for the fans.

In an interview with the media after the event, Togbe Afede urged the fans to patronize the products as it is their form of contribution in helping the clubs financially.

“From all the products that will be sold, Hearts of Oak will get a share. It is a partnership, so as the sales move, our finances will be impacted. The benefits are to both StarLife and Hearts of Oak. That is why I am urging the fans to patronize this product as their contribution to the success of the club”.

The President for the National Houses of Chiefs also advised the fans to be positive and stop denting the image of the club as it derails other potential sponsors from investing or partnering the club.

“Negativity makes it hard to strike a relationship like this because nobody wants to be associated with a bad product. So they have a responsibility to support what we are doing.

“They should also remember that they can’t love the club more than those who spending money and their time”, he added.

The Phobians have embarked on a serious infrastructural project at Pobiman as they look to set up their own facilities.

The project is expected to be completed in December according to Managing Director of the club Frederick Moore.
