TORINO - A surprise returning suitor for ZAZA

Published on: 22 March 2019

Offering an underwhelming seasonal performance for Torino, Italian striker Simone Zaza (27), yet to be bought back by Granata, from Valencia, on a 12 million euros fee (though the clause set upon being mandatory), has been approached by Sassuolo, planning to reassemble their 2013/14 and 2014/15 frontline duo, including Domenico Berardi and him. While Torino are tracking a similarly-featured forward, SPAL's own Andrea Petagna, former Juventus and West Ham player might push towards saying an early farewell to the club, ahead of next summer.
