Tottenham and West Ham look set to battle it out for Besiktas winger Gokhan Tore in the summer transfer market, according to Turkish newspaper Fanatik.

Tore has already spent time in England whilst playing for Chelsea between 2009-2011 and he has scored 19 goals and made 27 assists in 105 appearances for Besiktas.

It is believed that the 24-year-old would command a fee in the region of £8.5 million. Although Besiktas vice-president Nur Çebi told Turkish newspaper Aksam only1 year ago that the club had rejected a £9m bid from Spurs for the winger.
