Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has labelled his side's win over West Ham United as one of the best performances of the season so far.

Spurs dominated their London rivals at White Hart Lane to produce a 4-1 victory which has been described by the boss as being 'complete' such was the nature of the display.

Harry Kane scored twice and defenders Toby Alderweireld and Kyle Walker each managed one as Tottenham consolidated themselves in the top five with a sixth win of the campaign.

Pochettino said of the win: "Today was a complete performance from the team. Fantastic, fantastic.

"Maybe yes, one of the best performances of the season. We are very proud of the players, we congratulate them, there are a lot of positive things we can say today.

"The best word to describe my feelings is very proud. In particular, I think you can feel from the touchline the players believe in the way we play."
