Tough draws for Africa trio-Nigeria, South Africa and Cameroon-for 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup finals

Africa's representatives Nigeria, South Africa and Germany have been handed tough draws for the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup.

The Super Falcons, who won a record-extending ninth title in Ghana last week, have drawn hosts France, Korea and Norway in Group A.

Runners-up Banyana Banyana will face Germany, China and Spain in Group B.

The Indomitable Lionesses were pitted against Canada, New Zealand and the Netherlands in Group E.

The draw took place in Paris on Saturday evening, where the opening game will take place.

The tournament will take place from 7 June to 7 July across four cities; Paris, Lyon, Nice and Montpellier.

Full draw:

Group A: France, Korea, Norway, Nigeria.

Group B: Germany, China, Spain, South Africa.

Group C: Australia, Italy, Brazil, Jamaica.

Group D: England, Scotland, Argentina, Japan.

Group E: Canada, Cameroon, New Zealand, Netherlands.

Group F: United States, Thailand, Chile, Sweden
