Legon Cities FC have officially outdoored Joseph Adjei ahead of the start of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

Legon Cities FC have made plethora of signings ahead of the coming season as they bid to win their second league title.

The Nouveau-riche side have added Joseph Adjei to their squad after securing the towering guardsman on a one-year deal on transfer deadline day.

Adjei joins the Royals as a free agent after failing to extend his contract at Indian side Aizawl FC.

The club have officially unveiled the defender just a day before the commencement of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

It is however unclear whether he will be named in coach Goran Barjaktarević’s final squad for their opening fixture against Berekum Chelsea on Saturday.

The 25-year-old was part of Legon Cities (Wa All Stars) team that won the Ghana Premier League in 2016.

He made 10 appearances for Aizawl FC before the season was truncated after the emergence of the coronavirus.
